Before that, he built a marketing career in the UK, first with a project management consultancy and then in real estate, after completing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees with a focus on international marketing. His first remote hire, in 2013, became the model for the business.

Tram advised the business from 2014 and joined full time in 2023, after a career in higher education. She brought operational experience and a meticulous approach that transformed how we screen, assess and place candidates.
