Understanding what you need
We start with a conversation about your business: where you are, what is missing and where you want to go. Together we decide whether dedicated specialists, retained support or a mix of both is the right fit.

Finding the right people
For dedicated specialists we run a full recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing and skills testing, then introduce the strongest candidates to you. For retained support we allocate the right members of our in-house team.

Getting everything set up
Once you have chosen, we handle contracts, checks, equipment and induction in your specialist's home country, so they are ready to contribute from day one.

We stay involved. We track hours, monitor performance and keep you updated, and if anything needs adjusting, or someone is not the right fit, we resolve it quickly.

Where are your specialists based?
Our specialists are based mainly in Pakistan, with some in Vietnam. They work remotely from their home country, where we employ and manage them, so there are no visas or relocation involved.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
Your specialist is fully employed by us and works exclusively for you, just like an in-house team member. Recruitment, compliance and performance management are handled for you, so you get a dedicated professional without the HR burden or risk.
Can we trial someone first?
Candidates can complete up to 20 hours of paid project work with you before final selection. Once they start, there is a 28-day probation period.
What if someone is not the right fit?
During the initial 6-month term, we simply ask for the opportunity to provide a suitable replacement.
Can we hire someone part time?
Dedicated specialists are full time, for consistency and long-term value. For part-time needs, retained support may be a better fit.
